How much is shipping & handling?
Orders containing a firearm have a $9.95 handling fee. If your order is $600 or more, use promo code BLITZ2019 during checkout and the $9.95 fee will be waived. Shipping for orders not containing a firearm is $4.95.
If I buy it from you and pick it up, will I have to pay a transfer fee?
No. We only charge a transfer fee on items that are sent in from other retailers.
Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a brick & mortar retail location. An appointment is required for local transactions. The best way to reach us is by e-mail - firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship to California?
We are registered to ship CA compliant items to California. Please be sure that the item is legal for you to own prior to making your purchase.
I have a C&R license. Will you ship to me?
We do occasionally have used items listed that are C&R eligible. The item's description will mention whether or not we can ship to a C&R holder. A copy of your C&R and a government issued picture ID with matching addresses will be required for shipment.
If I buy something on another website or from an out-of-state dealer, can I have it sent to you?
Of course. Our transfer fee is $30.00. We also offer a discounted price of $25.00 for LEO/Military customers. Please be sure that the item is legal for you to own prior to making the purchase. If you have any questions about the legality of the item, we are happy to assist. At this time, we are only accepting shipments from other FFL's. We will need the seller's contact information and your order or auction number so that we can make arrangements with them for shipment. Visit our Transfer Page for more information.

I am interested in purchasing something that I cannot find on your website. Can you special order it?
We do work with a few distributors and manufacturers that don't automatically sync with our website's inventory. It is possible that one of them may have what you are looking for. We will need the UPC of the item to research its pricing and availability for you.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through a secure, online payment gateway. We do not charge any additional fees for credit card payments. We are not able to accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cryptocurrencies. If you cannot pay via credit card, please e-mail us to make arrangements to pay with a USPS money order.
Do you offer layaway?
We do not offer layaway on any of our products.
Do you price match?
If you are seeing something on a competitor's site at a lower price, please send us a link to the product. We will try our best to match the price. If we cannot, we do accept transfers from other dealers. Most of the larger online retailers already have our FFL on file.
The price on something I bought has changed. What happened?
Pricing on a specific item can fluctuate several times per day - up or down. It is based on which distributors have the selected item(s) available. Our margins remain the same as our goal is to always provide you with the best price available - real time. Because of this, we are unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
